Conferencing
Two external phone numbers can be joined on a single call using the external conferencing
feature.
How to use:
Step 1:
Dial the first number.
Step 2:
During an existing call, perform a hook flash/recall to put the first party on hold and
get a second dial tone.
Step 3:
When you hear the recall dial tone, dial another number and talk with the second
person.
Step 4:
To conference with both callers at the same time, perform a hook flash/recall.
Step 5:
To drop the second call, perform a hook flash/recall after entering into conferencing
mode.
If you hang up during conferencing, both the other parties will be disconnected from
the call.
