• If unable to test due to a problem with the testing supplies (see page 40), contact Customer Service
and/or LifeScan® sales representative. Failure to test could delay patient treatment decisions and lead
to a serious medical condition.
• This meter meets the requirements for immunity to electrical interference at the frequency range
and test levels specified in international standard ISO 15197:2003(E). The meter meets all applicable
standards, but some mobile phones may interfere with the proper operation of the meter if next to the
meter during testing.
• Other hospital equipment that emits electromagnetic radiation may cause interference if close to the
meter during a test.
• The test strip vial contains drying agents that are harmful if inhaled or swallowed and may cause skin
or eye irritation.

Do Not
use, but discard test strips after the expiration date (printed on the vial) or the discard date
(date opened plus 6 months), whichever comes first, or test results may be inaccurate.
