The display now proposes the of the silence lapse parameters
(the available options are: 4, 6, 8, 10 seconds). This parameter
applies when the fax machine is to be used in conjunction with an
answering machine. In our example we choose 6 seconds.

START:
Confirms selection of the sub-menu and moves down to the associated parameters. Confirms a
parameter and the relative value and moves on to the next parameter.
< / > :
To select the value of a parameter by scrolling forward and backward through the values available.
Alternatively used to position the cursor on the characters that make up the value of a particular
parameter; in this latter case, once the position is reached you will be prompted to enter the
required value.
STOP:
Interrupts the programming procedure and returns to the original operating mode display.

Allows you to select the language in which the messages are displayed and printed.
