no message is recorded while the recording time passes, any
previously recorded message will be erased.
At the end of the recording, the TAD plays the message so that
you can check it immediately and the corresponding message
appears on the display.
The message recorded will be played in response to all incoming
calls.
When the TAD has finished playing the message, the machine
beeps and the next sub-menu appears on the display.
HOW TO RECORD MEMOS
The TAD can be used as an ordinary recorder to leave one or more memos which may even be played
from a remote location, when required. This section explains how to record memos.
Recording a memo

The display asks if you want to record memos.

START
and speak close to the microphone to ensure a
high quality recording.
The display shows the recording time in seconds. The message
LED blinks.
HOW TO PLAY AND ERASE INDIVIDUAL INCOMING MESSAGES OR MEMOS
If there are incoming messages and memos on the TAD, the message LED on the keypad of the fax
machine lights up if the messages have already been played back and blinks if there are new messages.
This section explains how to play back the messages and erase them individually if necessary.
