Incoming fax call:
Once the call has been recognized, the fax machine deactivates
the TAD and prepares to receive a fax.
The display shows the connecting message followed by the
remote fax number or, if programmed, the name of the sender.
Once the fax has been received, the display shows the message
“RX COMPLETED” for a few seconds followed by the operating
mode.

the paper runs out or gets jammed, the ink in the print head
runs out or the cover is opened during reception, the
transaction is aborted, the display shows an appropriate
message and the document is stored temporarily in the
memory. Once the fault has been corrected, the fax machine
resumes reception.

you want to abort the reception transaction:
1) Press
STOP.
The display shows the message RX
INTERRUPTED alternated with the message that prompts
you to press
STOP.
2) Press
STOP
again to return to the original operating mode.
