The TAD plays the prerecorded OGM #1.
At the end of the message, the machine beeps and the display
shows the message that enables the new OGM #1 to be
recorded.
IF...

you press

while the message PLAYING is still on the
display, before the TAD has finished playing the message,
RECORD OGM #1 will appear on the display immediately.

you press
STOP
the display will show the initial operating
mode.
Recording or replacing the outgoing message:

The display shows the message that enables the message to be
recorded.

Press
START
and start recording the message.
The maximum time available, shown on the display, is 20
seconds. The new message will be recorded over any message
recorded previously.
IF...
•
no message is recorded as the recording time appears on
the display, any message recorded previously will be
erased.
At the end of the recording, the TAD plays back the message
and the play function message appears on the display.
When the TAD has finished playing the message, the machine
beeps and the display shows the message for playing OGM
#2.

Follow the procedure described in step
2
to play and record
OGM #2, bearing in mind that the recording time available is 5
seconds instead of 20.
Once the message has been recorded, the next sub-menu will
appear on the display.
