About the Océ VarioPrint 2050-70
Introduction
The Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 has been developed from a proven system to
create copy jobs, print jobs and scan jobs, with a high quality. The productivity,
the print speed and the increased tray capacities of the Océ VarioPrint 2050-70
are successful in the office and central printing environments.
The new technologies and features, developed for this release provide an
improved workflow to execute the jobs, in combination with the Océ Intra
Logic application. In addition, the Web-based Océ System configuration
enables a new method to configure and maintain the system.
Features of the Océ VarioPrint 2050-70
The Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 system combines earlier tested technologies with
new features. The following items can be useful for you.

The Mailbox: for last-minute print job control.

The Combine key : to copy or scan separate job parts.

The Interrupt key : to suspend a job, start a high-priority job and resume
the suspended job.

The Océ Finisher control technology: to direct the output of the copy and
print jobs. The bin capacity is increased.

The Océ Image Logic technology: to detect and optimize the light sections,
the lines and the photos in the originals to get the best image quality.

The Paper Positioning Module: to increase the accuracy of the image
position on the sheet.

The automatic 90° image-rotation technology: to match the feed direction
of the originals and the orientation of the paper in the paper trays.

Off-line stapling: to staple manually, during job processing.
■
A5 copying: to copy A5 originals to A5 paper.
■
Adobe® PostScript® 3™ and direct PDF printing.
