Quick start
Press the ”Start/Stop” button once and the microwave oven starts automatically for 1
minute at full effect. The display shows ”1:00”, MICROWAVE and (indication of
full effect).
Manual setting of preparation time
Example: 100% effect for 5 minutes and 30 seconds:
1. Put the ingredients in the microwave oven.
2. Set the time 5.30 by pressing the ”Time +” several times until the display shows ”5:30,
MICROWAVE and (indication of full effect).
3. Press the ”Start/Stop” button to start the preparation.
Manual setting of effect and time
Example: 70% effect for 10 minutes:
1. Put the ingredients in the microwave oven.
2. Press the ”Micro/Grill” button until the display shows ”P70, MICROWAVE and
(indication of 70% effect).
3. Press the ”Time +” button several times until the display shows ”10.00”.
4. Press the ”Start/Stop” button to start the preparation.

Automatic defrosting function (as per weight)
Food such as meat, poultry, fish and shellfish can be defrosted in the microwave oven.
The defrosting time is adjusted automatically in accordance with the set weight.
Defrosting of e.g. 1.2 kg raw material:
1. Put the raw materials in the microwave oven.
2. Press the ”Micro/Grill” button until ”dEF” and DEFROST are displayed.
3. Set the weight by pressing the ”Time +” button several times until the display shows
”1.2”.
4. Press the ”Start/Stop” button and the defrosting starts. The time is adjusted
automatically in accordance with the set weight.
Note: The max weight for defrosting is 2 kg.
