The "ss" bit is the "Slave number" (SN) bit of a "Control command".
"Read-out data" can input
2 bytes.
For example, when inputting "Read-out data" from "Status" (MSTS), output the following data:
MOSI 0011 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000
MISO Hi-Z MSTS [7:0] MSTS [15:8]
This is the data when the "ss" bit is "00".
