Planning, Installation, Fault Clearing and CCBR Guide

Symptom:
Card disabled without OVD message

There is a system message indicating one or more cards are defective or 
disabled, but there is no overload (OVD) message indicating disabled 
equipment. Look up all system messages in the Option 11C Compact 
software guide and follow the instructions given. If the fault does not clear, 
use this procedure.

Constantly observe and look up system messages as you perform this 
procedure.
