Accessing the system from a system terminal

Press the return key.

If the response is
OVL111 nn IDLE or OVL111 nn BKGD
you are ready to log into the system. Go to Step 2.

If the response is
OVL000 >
you are already logged into the system. Go to Step 4.
Responses may vary with different Background Terminal
packages.

then press the return key.
The normal response is
PASS?

Guide.

Enter either the level 1 or level 2 password and press the return key.
If the password is correct, the system responds with the prompt
