The services listed under Service Name should be either running or in
full service when CallPilot is functioning optimally. If any CallPilot
services are stopped, investigate the cause of this. If you need assistance,
call Nortel technical support.
Note: While any stopped services should be investigated, some services
are not critical. CallPilot may continue to handle call processing even
with some services stopped.
The critical services that are needed for basic CallPilot call answering
are listed in the following table. For your reference, the equivalent names
as they appear in the Windows Control Panel are also listed.
