Saving the configuration to NVRAM
You can save your configuration parameters to Non-Volatile RAM (NVRAM)
using any of the following CLI commands:
•
"copy config nvram command" (page 205)
•
"write memory command" (page 205)
•
"save config command" (page 206)
copy config nvram command
The
copy config nvram
command copies the current configuration to
NVRAM. The syntax for the
copy config nvram
command is:
copy config nvram
The
copy config nvram
command is executed in the Privileged EXEC
command mode.
The
copy config nvram
command has no parameters or variables.
ATTENTION
The system automatically issues the
copy config nvram
command
periodically. See
"Enabling and disabling autosave" (page 206)
for details.
write memory command
The
write memory
command copies the current configuration to NVRAM.
The syntax for the
write memory
command is:
write memory
