PAD DRIVE DECK REMOVAL

Remove pad from pad holder (the Pad Grab Assembly (A) is a right hand thread).

See Figure 7. To remove the Pad Holder (B), first remove the pad grab base, remove the four screws (C) to get pad holder off the
Adapter (D).

Remove the Dust Shroud (E) by removing the four (F) bolts.

Remove retaining clip from shock (G) and remove shock from ball.

Put the pad in the DOWN position and disconnect the
batteries with the emergency disconnect.

Remove control panel to expose motor terminals.

Remove two motor wires from pad drive motor.

Remove the Ball Joint (H).
9
Remove the two (I) bolts from Main Lift Linkage (J).
10
Lift front of the Pad Drive Deck (K) and tip back onto the
pad drive motor.
11
Slide the deck and motor assembly out from under the
machine.
