WHEEL DRIVE CHAIN REMOVAL

Follow steps 1-6 in
Wheel Drive Chain Adjustment
section.

Remove the batteries, see the
Switching Battery Packs (Battery Removal)
section in the
Electrical System
of this manual for further
information.

Tip the machine onto its Left side (be careful not to damage the pad drive deck).
4
Locate the master link on the chain and remove chain.
5
Re-assemble in reverse order.

Adjust the chain following steps in the
Wheel Drive Chain Adjustment
section.

WHEEL DRIVE MOTOR REMOVAL

Follow steps 1-4 in the
Wheel Drive Chain Removal
section.

See Figure 3. Disconnect the brake spring and Brake Link (A).

Disconnect motor wire connections.
4
Remove the three (B) bolts.
5
Lift the motor and brake assembly from the top of machine (it may be easier to cut wire ties to get motor past wiring).
6
Re-assemble in reverse order. NOTE: Align the motor and differential sprockets by moving the motor sprocket in or out on the
motor shaft.
