4.10 Response Calibration

The [Adjusted characteristics] can be selected through the above operation.

Adjust the three adjustment knobs towards the rear of the operation panel while observing
the waveform with an external oscilloscope.
<13> Once the adjustments have been completed, set the operation panel back to its original
position.

The response characteristics can be improved using the adjustment knobs, but an unstable status
(oscillation status) may also result depending on how the adjustment is performed according to the
load conditions (including no-load). Therefore, when using adjustment characteristics, observe the
waveform with an external oscilloscope and make sure that each adjustment knob has fully turned
(stabilized with the lowest speed) before adjustment.
