3. Assembling the roller
3.1 Necessary

- Plan the equipment necessary for assembly: a perforator, a
set of

at spanners, socket wrenches and hex keys, a set of
screwdrivers, a mallet, pliers, a level, a glue gun, a cu
tt
er, a
mul
ti
meter, a tape measure, a saw, an angle grinder and a
marker.

Warning: at each step check that the roller can be installed
horizontally on a level and square
3.2.1 Drilling the walls

- Use the

anges as a template to mark the
fi
xtures using
marks 1 and 3 to place the equipment (Fig. 5).

- Drill the wall horizontally according to the marking with
12 mm diameter holes of 70 mm depth, using a wireless
drill.
IMPORTANT:
the notion of wireless drill is HIGHLY IMPORTANT, it
means a ba
tt
ery operated drill (12 V). A wire powered drill
is connected to the mains, i.e. to 220 V, which is highly
dangerous and strictly prohibited in this situa
ti
on.
