9. Checks
Check the following points rela
ti
ng to standard NF P 90-308
and check that the cover operates correctly:
• When turning the key switch for the cover, the en
ti
re
pool is visible and check that there are no bathers in the
pool when closing the cover. The unrolling opera
ti
on
stops when the key is released. The key can be removed
from the control box.
• The cover rolls and unrolls correctly.
• The safety mechanisms are easily handled for the
recommended water levels and are su
ffi
cient (number
and posi
ti
on). Check that they are locked on comple
ti
on
of the installa
ti
on.
• The gaps along the length between the slats of the
apron and the pool wall are less than 7 cm and the apron
does not rub "abnormally" against the wall.
• The sla
tt
ed cover (duckboards) is stable and resists
intrusion and li
ft
ing by a force of less than 50 N.
• The space between the bottom of the beam
suppor
ti
ng the duckboards of an immersed cover and
the par
ti
ti
on wall is 150 mm maximum.
• The gap at the bo
tt
om of the par
ti
ti
on wall and the
bo
tt
om of the pool is less than 100 mm.
• The voltage powering the cover is less than 30 V DC.
• The end of runs stops (if they exist) operate.
• The site is cleaned a
ft
er installa
ti
on of the cover and
the packaging and waste is removed.
• The user manual has been given to the end user.
• The cover's guarantee form is
fi
lled in and signed.
10. Recep
ti
on of the cover
by the end user
• The installer explains the opera
ti
on of the ABRIBLUE
cover to the end user and informs him/her of the safety,
usage, upkeep and winterisa
ti
on advice.
• He gives him/her the cover's instruc
ti
ons.
• He demonstrates the use of the cover and shows the
func
ti
onal limits of the cover.

on, the recep
ti
on
of the documents for the cover and the informa
ti
on given to
the end user.
