7 - MAINTENANCE

NOTE:

The drain plug for the hydraulic tank is located inside of the battery compartment.

1. Remove the filler cap on the battery compartment.

2. Place a container under the battery compartment.

3. Slowly remove the drain plug.

NOTE:

The loader arms should be all the way down before filling the hydraulic tank.

1. Clean the reservoir filler cap

(1)

and the area around

the filler cap with cleaning solvent.

2. Turn the filler cap 1/2 turn to relieve air pressure from

the reservoir. Do not remove the filler cap from the
reservoir until the pressure is relieved.

3. Remove the filler cap from the reservoir.

4. Add the correct oil to the reservoir until the proper oil

level in the reservoir is established. Fill the reservoir
until the oil level is at the midpoint of the sight gauge

(2)

NOTE:

See the hydraulic oil chart on the following page.

5. Install the reservoir cap.

6. Start and run the engine and operate the hydraulics.

Lower the loader lift arms to the ground.

7. Stop the engine and check the oil level in the reservoir.

Add oil as required.
