maximum at +100% controller output.

This action allows two actuators with a continuous transition
between them.

OUTPUT A varies linearly from minimum (Overlap) at
-25% controller output, to maximum at 100% controller
output.

OUTPUT B varies linearly from maximum at -100%
controller output to minimum at +25% controller output.
This action allows an overlap control transition between two
actuators.
