5. Connect the
VGA CABLE
to the 15-pin
VGA CONNECTOR
on the rear panel of
the computer.
6. Connect one end of the
SIGNAL CABLE
to the nine-pin
CONNECTOR
on the
monitor and the other end to a nine-pin
SERIAL PORT
on the computer. (See
drawing below.)

7. Attach the power cord to the monitor.
8. Connect the 25-pin end of
EXTERNAL COMPUTER CABLE
to a suitable com
port on the computer.
The electrical connections to both the computer and the touchscreen should be
made after the
EXTERNAL COMPUTER CABLE
has been connected to the
fermentor/bioreactor.
NOTE:
Verify that the supply voltage matches the voltage of the computer.
