3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
3.1
Installation
Warning
You can severely damage the system if it is connected to the incorrect power supply.
Before plugging in the system, check if the local voltage is the same as the voltage
mentioned on the type plate.
3.2
Preparation
3.2.1
Document Feeder Trays
Note
The system can be delivered with a tray to manually adjust the separation (special
feeder). This tray fits in all positions, but the adjustment is only possible when fitted on
the lowest position (position one).
To place the document feeder trays in position:
1. Hold the tray slightly inclined as shown in the
figure.
2. Place the front end of the tray underneath the
two black rollers.
3. Move the tray upwards (lifting the black rollers),
until it is possible to ‘hook’ the tray into place.
4. Move the tray towards the system and move the
hooks over the mounting points (on both sides).
5. Let the tray rest on the system.
