Keeping optimum printing conditions
The ink used in the ValueJet 1608 HS contains special components to make it possible to
print onto a huge variety of roll and rigid media.
These components however have the tendency to separate. To avoid this separation, and to
keep optimum printing conditions, there are two items that you need to do.
You need to print minimum 3m² per 2 days.
You need to shake the ink bags weekly.
Shaking the ink bags
Step 1:
Pull out the first ink bag.
Step 2:
Shake the ink bag two or three times gently side ways and front to back. Then turn it
over and shake again.
Step 3:
Insert the ink bag into the ink bag slot and push the slot all the way to the end.
Step 4:
Perform the same operation for the other ink bags.
