Programmes
Developes the ability to use the muscular power over a longer period. Improves
the intake of oxygen by the muscles and increases the ability to withstand toxic
substances. Applicable to all sporting activities, which involve an extended and
increased strength of muscular power. Trains priorily muscular fibers of type IIa.
The aim is like programme 05, but with increased intensity.
