Settings of the
Preset Programmes 0–31
Preparations:
Make sure that MyoBravo is switched off. Cleanse the area of the skin which
is to be treated with clear water. Following that, make sure that all plugs are
completely connected to the respective electrode sockets as well as device
sockets. If you should use 2 electrode couples at the same time, please put one
cable into channel A and the other one into channel B.
Place the vaginal-/rectal-probe or the adhesive electrodes onto the area that has
been prior cleansed, according to the advices in pages 45-46.
The clip on the back of the unit allows to fasten the device at the clothes.
MyoBravo is operated by an 9 volt block battery. Open the battery compart-
ment at the back by pushing down the lid and put in the battery by hand.
Please ensure the correct polarity in accordance with the markings. MyoBravo
is now operational. If the battery voltage is too low, in the LCD-display bat-
tery will flash. Please replace batteries immediately. Empty batteries consti-
tute special waste and therefore have to be disposed of at an appropriate col-
lecting point. Never dispose of batteries via domestic or household waste.
Adjustment:
1. Press once the button „On/Off“.
MyoBravo is now switched on. The program used last, appears on the LCD-
display.
2. By pressing the programme button „PRG“ you can choose from the
programmes 01 – 31 (pre-programmed).
3. This is followed by pressing the buttons „+/-“.
The selected programme now runs automatically. If the button „+“ is pressed
repeatedly the intensity of stimulation increases. If the button „-„ is pressed
repeatedly the intensity of stimulation is reduced. For the setting of the
intensity it is vital that one feels the electric current but that pain is never
incurred. Please take into account that for safety reasons the intensity
falls back at every changing of phase on the value of 8 mA and must be
regulated by you on the desired standard again. Each phase end is indicated
by 5 peeptones.
4. If you wish to interrupt the set programme, then press the button „PRG“
once. The programme will run again when pressing the button „+“. In this
case, the intensity must be adjusted newly, too.
5. MyoBravo is switched off when pressing the button „On/Off“ or automati-
cally one minute after the program is finished.
