Increases the ability to endure aerobe muscular activity over long periods.
It develops the intake of oxygen of the muscle and the storage of glykogen in
the muscular fibers. Reacts nearly to the whole spectrum of the tonic muscles.
Increases the resistance against tiredness of the muscular fibers of group 1
(oxidative) and IIa (oxydative and glycotic).
