About This Chapter
This chapter describes how to set up and install the OptiSwitch-
2400/L3, as follows:

The Optiswitch-2400/L3 can operate as a standalone unit, or in
conjunction with any of the MRV products. The Optiswitch-2400/L3
can be managed and configured through CLI-based interface,
MRV' MegaVision SNMP manager or any other SNMP-compatible
software. The following section describes the installation and
operation of the OptiSwitch-2400/L3.
