5.13 Install Valve Insert or Valve Disk

5.13.1 Install Valve Insert (Valve Insert Design)

NOTE

The valve pin is guided by the valve insert which is locked by the valve nut

and four M6 bolts.

1. Valve insert

19. Verify the height of the valve insert and the depth of manifold bore to the

dimension specified on the General Assembly drawing.

20. Apply die spotting blue compound to the contact surfaces of the valve

insert.
