Length of fixed length data frames
The value must not be greater than the 
programmed data array and must be the same for 
all the stations in the telecontrol line.
This parameter is only transmitted to the card/
module when the application module is called for 
the first time and whenever a service is reset. Any 
changes to this parameter will be ignored during 
normal operation.

Segment number of the flash memory or the RAM 
memory card in the outstation.
More than 512 segments may be addressed if the 
RAM memory card is used.
