In the third section in the hardware logic outline window, up to eight multi function counter blocks ("Counter_0" to "Counter_7") 
can be arranged.
Set details on how to count pulses of input signals in a multi function counter block detail window. To shift to a multi function 
counter block detail window, double-click the corresponding block in the hardware logic outline window.
