GOT installation status check sheet
Check the actual installation status of the GOT used according to the GOT installation status described in the upper
rows of items (1) to (7).
When the corrective actions described in the lower rows need to be taken, take the actions.
Only when the corrective actions are taken, put a check mark in the check box of "Effective" or "Ineffective" depending
on the results of the actions.
