(9) G1P file create operation
Advanced recipe file (G1P file) is created.
When advanced recipe is only executed on Utility, advanced recipe file should be created with this function in
advance.
1.
Touch the [Create G1P] button.
2.
The screen to select the advanced recipe setting is
displayed.
Select the advanced recipe setting to be used for
new file.
After selecting, touch the [Next] button.
3.
As the input key window is displayed, input the file
name for new file.
By touching the following button, input text type is
changed.
[A-Z]: English capital
[0-9]: Numeric/Symbol
4.
Touching [Enter] button displays the dialog box
shown left.
Touch [OK] button.
