Enhanced settings
You wish to perform further settings for your rooms.
You can perform the following settings. These settings apply to all rooms.

Room-to-room permission
: Your hospitality manager defines the standard permission
in the communication system. You can manually modify this setting at any time during
check-in or during a guest's stay.

Allowed
: set the setting to
Allowed
when a guest is checking in, so a guest can call
a room from another room.

Keep settings as is
: To apply the existing forwarding, select
Keep settings as is
.

Default actions at check-out
:

Delete guest data
: this is where you specify whether the data input about a depart-
ing guest is deleted when the guest is leaving or only when the next guest is
checked in.

Print bill
: the list of all phone calls, including call charges, is printed out.

Actions when a room is vacant:
1. Select the room you want and press the
Check-in
Foxkey.
2. Type in the guest's name.
3. Configure the room as you want in room configuration.
