Activating a substitution for the operator phone
You want to forward calls to your operator phone to a different destination.
The function
Substitution
is used to forward calls intended for operator phones. The sub-
stitution is automatically activated for all the other operator phones as well. Calls to your
Personal key are not affected by the forwarding.
Transfer without prior notification: Put the handset on-hook.

The internal user has taken the call. The operator phone switches to
the idle state.
Transfer with prior notification: wait until the person answers.
Announce the internal user.
Put the handset on-hook.

The internal user and the external user are now connected with each
other. The operator phone switches to the idle state.

Substitution
Activating the substitution:
Scroll to
Substitution
and press the
Select
Foxkey.

Substitution is now activated.
Reset
To deactivate the substitution:
Press the
Reset
Foxkey.
➔
Substitution is now deactivated.
Notes:
• Calls already on the operator phone when the substitution function is
activated are not forwarded.
• The substitution cannot be activated by remote control.
