Being sure bolts and nuts on mixer feeder are tight and properly torqued is an 
important  responsibility  that  machine  owners  and  users  need  to  be  familiar 
with and practise. 
 
The first few hours after the first run in check the tightness of bolts and nuts, 
tighten them if needed.  
Control the bolts and nuts regularly to see if they are tightened enough. (Check 
up approx. 

every 50 hours
