Symmetry Correction Function
This function fine-adjusts if there are discrepancies between the torque values in the clockwise and
counter-clockwise directions.
Selecting Symmetry Correction Mode
Symmetry correction mode can be selected from measurement mode as follows:
appears in the upper part when the
key is
depressed for approximately 2 seconds in measurement mode.
The upper display reads
when the
key is
pressed four times.
The upper display reads
and the value flashes on
the lower display, indicating symmetry correction mode has been
selected when the
key is pressed.
The lower display displays the torque value currently entered.
Apply an actual torque in the clockwise direction to the torque
transducer, and adjust the display to the actual clockwise torque
value.
For example, if the actual torque is set to [10000] for calibration, the
target value for adjustment here will be [-10000].
: Increments the torque.
Hold down the key to increment the torque
continuously.
: Decrements the torque.
Hold down the key to decrement the torque
continuously.
: Cancels the setting and returns to measurement mode.
: Registers the value displayed and proceeds to the next
step.
Press the
key after setting.
Displays
after symmetry correction.
Press the
key to exit symmetry correction mode.
The system switches to measurement mode and the data set is
registered.
The symmetry correction function must always be used with the actual torque applied in the
clockwise direction.
The change polarity setting will be temporarily canceled when using the symmetry correction
function. (Restored after adjustment)
The clockwise direction linearization correction setting will be reset if symmetry correction is
performed.
The A/Z function is canceled once the symmetry correction function ends.
The symmetry correction function is saved respectively for calibration data 1 to 4.
