Span Calibration
Register the input at the span point.
Select the span calibration method.
To calibrate using the actual torque value, press the key. Use the method in a).
Perform span calibration with the actual torque applied to the torque transducer.
To calibrate by entering the torque value for the torque transducer, press the key, then press the
key.
Use the method in b).
Calibrate span by entering the span point torque (frequency) for the torque transducer.
a) Calibrating using the actual torque value
Apply the torque set in "4-4-5 Actual Torque Setting"
to the torque transducer.
When is displayed on the lower
display, press the key. The span point is
registered and is displayed.
b) Calibrating by entering the torque value for the
torque transducer
Press the key to display in
the lower display, and then press the key to
display . The value displayed will be
the output frequency for the torque transducer at the
span point previously registered. Set the torque
value (frequency) corresponding to the span point in
1 Hz intervals.
(When F-54 is set to 1, the units are
10 Hz.)
/ : Alter the value of the digit to be altered.
/ : Select the digit to be altered.
: Cancels the setting and returns to
measurement mode.
: Registers the value displayed and
proceeds to the next step.
Press the key after setting.
With the
actual
torque

the torque
transducer,
