Adjusting
Exterior mirrors
Before starting off adjust the exterior mir-
rors in such a way that you can get a good
overview of road and traffic conditions.
The buttons are located under the centre
console armrest.

Left-hand mirror

Right-hand mirror

Turn the key in position 1 or 2 in the
ignition lock.
왘 Open the centre console armrest

Press button

for the left-hand mirror
or button
2
for the right-hand mirror.
왘 Press button 3 at the top or bottom,
to the right or to the left until you have
adjusted the mirror to the correct posi-
tion.
Risk of accident

The exterior mirrors reduce the size of the
image. The objects are actually closer than
they appear. You could misjudge the dis-
tance from vehicles driving behind and
cause an accident, e.g. when changing lane.
For this reason, make sure of the actual dis-
tance from the vehicle driving behind by
glancing over your shoulder.

The convex exterior mirror enlarges your
field of vision.
