valid under applicable law. However, if any provision of this Agreement shall be prohibited by or invalid under
applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity without
invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement. In such an event, then
the parties agree to authorize the court to re-write that provision, to the extent of such un-enforceability, so as to
preserve and/or effect the intent of the parties as described herein, to the extent permitted by law.
(g) The parties agree that monetary damages alone shall be an inadequate remedy in the event that you breach
Sections 4 or 9, and that any such breach shall cause McQ irreparable injury and damage. Accordingly, McQ shall
be entitled, without waiving any additional rights or remedies otherwise available to McQ at law or in equity or by
statute, to injunctive and other equitable relief in the event of a breach, or in the event of intended or threatened
breach, by you.
(h) Titles contained in this Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way modify, define,
amplify, limit, or extend the scope or intent of this Agreement, or any provision thereof
