•
srcMap:
Defines the Sources of the chained matrix which consists of the combined sources of all
secondary Routers.
•
chainMap:
The chain map consists of an array of 2 mapping strings. The first specifies the “From” map
which is the Destinations of all Secondary Routers which are connected to the “To” map, the 2nd map in
the array, defining all the Sources of the Primary Router. Both mappings must consist of the same
number of values.
•
destMap:
Defines the Destinations of the chained matrix which are the final outputs of the Primary
Router.
4.3.1 Map Strings
Mapping strings define a set of Sources or Destinations (depending on context) of one or more Router devices
and levels. Each map item value is separated by a comma ',' and defines a single source/destination, a range of
values or “all” available values.
Source/destinations are specified as decimal numbers starting from 1. Ranges consist of 2 decimal numbers
separated by a dash. If the value “all” is specified it indicates that all available sources or destinations should be
used. Additionally each value can optionally be preceded by a router index or router index/level specifier,
separated from the value by a colon ':'. The level, if specified, is separated from the frame index by a carrot '^'.

•
Router:
Specifies the index of router in "routers" array in Virtual Matrix object. Values start at 1 and
defaults to 1 if not specified.
•
Level:
Specifies the level to use from the router. Values start at 1 and defaults to 1 if not specified.
•
N:
Source or Destination value specified as a decimal number. Values begin with 1.
