SUPERSTRUCTURE

4

Telescope Section 3 Assembly

Refer to (Figure 4-21) when assembling this section.

1.

Connect a strap to Tele 4, then using an overhead lifting
device or another crane, lift Tele 4 so the strips (11),
holders (8, 9) and wear pads (5, 6, 7) can be installed.

2.

Install the hexagon head screws (22) and hexagon thin
nuts (23).

3.

Install the spacers (24).

4.

Secure the strips and wear pads in place with the plates
(13, 14).

5.

Lower Tele 4.

6.

Install the wear pads (3, 4).

7.

Install the strips (10).
