7 - FIXED PIN ON COUPLING LADDER (OPTIONAL)

IMPORTANT

Pay attention to the risk of pinching or crushing during this operation.
When released, ensure that the trailer stands on its own.
-Position the lift truck as near as possible to the trailer ring.
ADUSTING THE TOWING HOOK
-Lift handle 1 and turn it upward to release pins 2 on each side of the ladder.
-Support the towing hook and position it according to the height of the towing ring.
-Turn handle 1 downward to insert pins 2 into the ladder and release the handle.
COUPLING AND UNCOUPLING THE TRAILER
-Remove pin 2 and withdraw pin 3.
-Lift stop 4.
-Position or remove the hook of the trailer on the fixed pin.
-Refit block 4, pin 3 and pin 2.

Do not forget to put pin back in place.
When released, ensure that the trailer stands on its own.
COUPLING AND UNCOUPLING THE TRAILER
-Position the lift truck as near as possible to the trailer ring.
-Apply the handbrake and switch off the engine.
ON THE FIXED PIN
-Remove pin 1, withdraw axis 2 and remove the stop 3.
-Position or remove the trailer ring, lower stop 3 and assemble axis 2.
ON THE COUPLING LADDER
-Adjust hook 4 according to the height of the trailer ring.
-Remove split pin 5, lift the towing pin 6 and position or remove the ring of the trailer.
