Using a Tripod
When using a tripod with a 3/8 inch thread in-
stead of the 1/4-20 thread, remove the small
screw (A) from inside the 1/4-20 bushing (B),
and then use a coin or screwdriver to remove
the 1/4-20 bushing (B).
Electromagnetic Shutter Release Contact
This port is used to connect a Mamiya Electromag-
netic Cable Release, which is helpful when using
the camera with the mirror up and when photogra-
phing at slow shutter speeds.
Memo Clip
Located on the Back Cover, the Memo Clip
holds the box top from a roll of film, serving
as a reminder as to the type of film loaded in
the camera. The Memo Clip may also hold
other types of information.
If You Think Something Might Be Faulty
Check the camera carefully while referring to the following point:
Unable to release the shutter
Check to see if there are batteries installed in the camera, and
if there are, if the batteries are dead.
Make sure that the power is ON. The Shutter Release Selector Lever
should be set to S or C.
