Attaching the Lens
1. Align the white alignment dot on the lens (A)
with the white dot on the camera body (B).
2. Fit the lens into the camera body, and then
turn it clockwise until it clicks and locks into
place.
Setting the Film Speed
The film speed (ISO value) is the reference for all exposures and must be set
correctly. If the set value differs from the actual ISO value, then over- or under-
exposures may occur.
1. Press the Up Button .
When the LCD Panel displays information,
press and hold the Up Button for more
than one second. The ISO Indicator will
blink.
2. Set the film speed.
Set the film speed by pressing the Up
or
Down
button. To lock the film speed,
press and hold the two button simul-
taneously for more than one second.
The film speed will be written to memory
in about five seconds.
Note:
The ISO setting is not complete while the ISO Indicator is blinking.
Information on the type of film being used, the ISO value, and the
number of exposures is stored in the backup memory. However, if
the battery capacity has dropped during standalone use of the
magazine, the information may not be shown in the LCD panel,
When the magazine's battery is low, the LCD may display
erroneous information, and the battery should be replaced.
