Check if the dark slide has been removed from the magazine.
Verify the ISO setting.
Check that the camera is advancing the film.
Make sure that the Rear Cover is closed.
There are no readouts in the viewfinder
Verify that batteries are installed in the camera and that the batteries
are not dead.
Check that the Shutter Release Selector Lever is set to C or S.
Verify that the camera is set to display viewfinder readouts.
Make sure that a magazine is installed on the camera.
Note: If the camera has not been operated for 15 seconds, the viewfinder
display automatically turns off.

This camera uses a microcomputer. The camera may malfunction if it is exposed
to static electricity or other electromagnetic energy. If this is the case, turn the
camera OFF, and then remove the batteries. Reinstall the batteries, and then turn
the power ON. If the camera still does not function correctly, contact your local
authorized Mamiya service center.
