MADISON 250
THE STOPLIGHT DOES NOT LIGHT ON
A) Check the lamp and the lamp holder (remove the helmet compartment)
B) Check the stop switch (front/rear)
C) Check the voltage to the lamp holder connector.
• Disconnect the 6-way connector of the rear wiring and connect the
tester (DC 20V) (F. 55):
- Tester terminal (+): red cable terminal
- Tester terminal (-): black cable terminal
• Change-over switch key on “ON”
• Actuate the brake lever:
- Voltage 12 Volts : according to the specification
- Voltage out of specification: the circuit between the lamp holder connector, the brake switches and the key change-
over switch is defective

LUZ STOP NO SE ENCIENDE
A) Controlar la lámpara y el portalámpara (desmontar el espacio casco).
B) Controlar el interruptor stop (anterior/posterior)
C) Controlar la tensión al conector del portalámpara
• Desconectar el conector de 6 vías del cableo posterior y desconectar el
tester (DC 20V) (F. 55):
- Terminal (+) tester: terminal cable rojo
- Terminal (-) tester: terminal cable negro
• Llave conmutador en “ON”
• Accionar la palanca del freno:
- Tensión 12 volt : como en los valores especificados
- Tensión fuera de los valores especificados: el circuito entre el conector del portalámpara, interruptores freno y
conmutador llave es defectuoso

LE STOP NE S’ALLUME PAS
A) Contrôler l’ampoule et la douille (démonter le coffre à casque).
B) Contrôler l’interrupteur stop (avant/arrière)
C) Contrôler la tension au connecteur de la douille
• Débrancher le connecteur à six voies du câblage arrière et débrancher le
testeur (DC 20V) (F. 55):
- Borne (+) testeur: cosse câble rouge
- Borne (-) testeur: cosse câble noir
• Clef commutateur sur “ON”
• Actionner la poignée du frein:
- Tension 12 volt : conforme aux indications
- Tension non conforme aux indications: le circuit entre le connecteur de la douille, les interrupteurs frein et le démarreur
à clef, est défectueux
