THE SPEED INDICATOR
DOES NOT WORK
• Check the continuity ( tester

x 1)
of the yellow/red cable between the
terminal, which is connected to the
electronic box connector, the
terminal, which is connected to the
two-way connector of the flywheel,
and the terminal, which is connected
to he connector of the digit
instrument (F.27)

Continuity: replace the digit
instrument
- No continuity: locate the break of
the
yellow/red cable and repair
(see electric diagram).

• Controlar la continuidad (tester

1) del cable amarillo/rojo entre el
terminal conectado al conector de
la central, terminal conectado al
conector de dos vías del volante y
terminal conectado al conector del
instrumento digit (F. 27).
- Hay continuidad: sustituir el instru-
mento digit.

No hay continuidad: individuar la
interrupción del cable
amarillo/
rojo y reparar (ver esquema elé-
ctrico).

• Vérifier la continuité (testeur

x 1)
du câble jaune/rouge entre la cosse
introduite dans le connecteur de
l’unité centrale, la cosse introduite
dans le connecteur à deux voies du
volant, et la cosse introduite dans
le connecteur de l’instrument “digit”
(F. 27).
- Continuité: changer l’instrument
“digit”.
- Pas de continuité: trouver
l’interruption du câble jaune/rouge
et réparer (voir schéma électrique).

A) Check the voltage to the odome-
ter transmission
• Disconnect the three-way connector
of the odometer transmission and
connect the
tester (DC 20V)
- Tester terminal (+): blue cable
terminal (F.28)
- Tester terminal (-): earthed to frame
• Position the change-over switch key
on “ON”
• Measured voltage must be 12 Volts
- Out of specification: blue cable is
broken. Repair (see electric
diagram)
- According to the specification:
continue searching.

A) Contrôle de la tension au renvoi
du compteur kilométrique
• Déconnecter le connecteur à
trois voies de la transmission au
c o m p t e u r k i l o m é t r i q u e e t
connecter le
testeur (DC 20V) .
- Borne (+) testeur: cosse câble
bleu (F. 28)
- Borne (-) testeur: à masse châssis
• Positionner la clef du commutateur
sur “ON”
• La tension doit être de 12 volt .
- Conforme aux indications: câble
bleu interrompu. Réparer (voir
schéma électrique).
- Conforme aux indications:
poursuivre la recherche.

FUNCIONAN
A) Control tensión a la transmisión
cuentakilómetros
• Desconectar el conector de tres vías
de la transmisión cuentakilómetros
y conectar el
tester (DC 20V) .
- Terminal (+) tester: terminal cable
azul (F. 28)
- Terminal (-) tester: en masa chasís
• Situar la llave conmutador en “ON”
• La tensión resultante debe ser de:
12 volt .
- Valores diferentes a los especifi-
cados: cable azul interrumpido.
Reparar (ver esquema eléctrico).

Valores como los especificados:
continuar la búsqueda.
