CANDELA
• Controllare le condizioni della
candela.
• Controllare il tipo di candela (vedi
specifiche).
• Controllare la distanza fra gli elet-
trodi: 0,6 ÷ 0,7 mm (F. 5).
BOBINA ACCENSIONE
• Smontare la bobina, togliere il
cappuccio candela e collegare il
tester (
9
x 1) alla bobina.
A) Controllo resistenza avvolgi-
mento primario (F. 7):
- Terminale (+) tester: terminale
blu (1)
- Terminale (-) tester: terminale
arancione (2)
- Resistenza avvolgimento pri-
mario: 3,6 ÷ 4,8

B) Controllo resistenza avvolgi-
mento secondario (F. 7):
- Terminale (+) tester: lato can-
dela (1)
- Terminale (-) tester: lato cavo
A.T. (2)
- Resistenza avvolgimento se-
condario: 10,7 ÷ 14,5 k

- Uno dei due valori fuori speci-
fica: sostituire bobina
- Entrambi i valori come da spe-
cifica: proseguire la ricerca.
RESISTENZA DEL
CAPPUCCIO CANDELA
• Rimuovere il cappuccio candela
dal cavo di A.T.
• Nel rimuovere il cappuccio non
agire sul cavo dell’alta tensione,
ma ruotare il cappuccio stesso,
in senso antiorario, e collegarlo
al
tester (
9
x 1k) come segue:
- Terminale (+) tester: lato can-
dela (1 – F. 6)
- Terminale (-) tester: lato cavo
A.T. (2)
- Resistenza cappuccio cande-
la 5 k

- Fuori specifica: sostituire il
cappuccio candela
- Come da specifica: prosegui-
re la ricerca

• Den Zustand der Zündkerze
prüfen.
• Das Zündkerzenmodell prüfen
(siehe Spezifikation)
• Den Abstand zwischen den
Elektroden prüfen: 0.6 ÷ 0.7
mm (F. 5).
ZÜNDSPULE
• Die Spule entfernen, die
Zündkerzenkappe entfernen und
das
Vielfachmessgerät (
9
x 1)
an die Spule anschließen.
A) Prüfung des
Primärwicklungswiderstands (F. 7):
- Endverschluss Vielfachmessgerät
(+): blauer Endverschluss (1)
- Endverschluss Vielfachmessgerät
(-): orangenfarbiger
Endverschluss (2)
- Widerstand Primärwicklung:
3.6 ÷ 4.8

B) Prüfung des
Sekundärwicklungswiderstands
(F. 7):
- Endverschluss Vielfachmessgerät
(+): Zündkerzenseite (1)
- Endverschluss Vielfachmessgerät
(-): Hochspannungskabelseite (2)
- Widerstand Sekundärwicklung:
10.7 ¸ 14.5 k

- Liegt ein Wert außerhalb der
Spezifikation: die Spule ersetzen
- beide Werte stimmen mit der
Spezifikation überein:
weitersuchen.
WIDERSTAND DER
ZÜNDKERZENKAPPE
• Die Zündkerzenkappe vom
Hochspannungskabel entfernen.
• Während des Entfernens, auf das
Hochspannungskabel keinen
Eingriff machen, sondern die
Kappe gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
drehen und sie an das
Vielfachmessgerät
(
9
x 1k) wie folgt anschließen:
- Endverschluss Vielfachmessgerät
(+): Zündkerzenseite (1 - F. 6)
- Endverschluss Vielfachmessgerät
(-): Hochspannungskabelseite (2)
- Widerstand der Zündkerzenkappe

- Außerhalb Spezifikation: die
Zündkerzenkappe ersetzen
- Innerhalb der Spezifikation:
weitersuchen.
