Turbocharger removal & Refitment – 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the right side wheel apron. 
Remove the oil filter using the  MST 545 
Remove the oil cooler assembly

 

 

 

The above 3 steps are suggested for ease of 
operations & access.

 

 

 

 
 
Remove the air intake hose to turbocharger. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Cover the opening to the turbocharger with cover to 
avoid accidentally dropping any foreign object  e.g. 
spanner
