Step 9: 
 

Take new Sub Shaft & Hub Assembly, 
 
Part No - 0703DAD06050N for NGT 530R 
Transmission. 

 

 

 

 

Step 10: 
 

If Synchroniser Ring or Key Found Damaged, 
Replace the damaged parts. 
 

 

 

Step 11: 
 

Assemble 5th/Reverse shift rail and shift fork 
assembly with reverse sliding gear and 
5th/Reverse Synchroniser Pack assembly, carefully.

 

 

Step 12: 
 

Assemble the front housing with the assembled 
intermediate housing. 
 
Apply Loctite 574 on the mating surface of the 
front housing.
